People In Arizona Are Posting Pictures Of Things That Have Literally Melted From The Heat

Would you consider yourself a summer person?

If you answered yes, you've probably never been to Arizona.

This year, it got so hot in Arizona that the weather maps almost ran out of colors. With temperatures breaking 120 degrees, that is absolutely insane. This isn't the first year that it's gotten ridiculously hot, though. Life in this state is bound to get very, very hot.

Folks that do live in that very desert climate have captured some pretty incredible photos of the heat literally melting things that shouldn't really be melting. I don't know about you, but that seems a little too intense to me. With no ocean in sight, you'd better have a pool nearby to cool down in Arizona!

Have you ever seen heat this extreme before? It's not just Arizona that gets this hot: other places across our very own country have experienced record heatwaves. On the flip side of the coin, maybe you've seen a winter so intense that some things have frozen solid?

Weather can be pretty impressive sometimes on both sides of the spectrum.

Didn't take long for this lollipop to turn into a puddle after it was dropped on the ground.

Perhaps putting up a plastic fence in a desert climate wasn't the best idea.
