Disney Superfans Decide To Visit All 6 US Parks In 1 Day To Celebrate Their 10th Anniversary

If you've ever been to any of the Disney theme parks, you know you're in for a long day. There's a lot of walking and a lot of waiting in lines involved. One couple, who are parents to four children and are frequent visitors to Disney parks, decided to embark on a particular and unique adventure that would exhaust mere mortals like us: They wanted to visit all six of Disney's United States parks — in 24 hours.

Let's break it down. Walt Disney World, located in Orlando, Florida, on a plot of land the size of Manhattan, is home to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and the Animal Kingdom. Over 2,000 miles away on the West Coast, there's Disneyland and Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, California. Going to all these parks in one day doesn't seem just daunting but impossible.

Disney superfans Heather and Clark Ensminger have proven that it is, in fact, possible, and on October 17, they made it happen for their 10th anniversary.

Heather and Clark Ensminger are frequent Disney visitors, but there was more behind putting themselves up to this challenge. Clark began to plan the surprise trip to cheer up Heather as the anniversary of her father's death came close. The trip would also coincide with the couple's 10th anniversary.

When Heather found out about the trip, she started to help. She's a travel agent, so it was second nature for her. They set out the rules of the trip: They decided they had to visit at least one attraction and have something to eat at each park for it to count.

Their day began in the early hours of the morning. Thanks to Disney's Early Morning Magic program, the couple watched the sunrise as they enjoyed a few rides at Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios.

By getting such an early start, they were able to take their time and enjoy lots of rides.

A five-hour plane ride and one-hour cab drive later, they made it to Disneyland! They visited Disney California Adventure around 8:15 p.m., which was cutting it close, since the park closed at 9.

Last but not least, they enjoyed "life-changing corn dogs" to end their long, adventurous day!

We tip our mouse ears to the couple for keeping calm, cool, and collected and having a blast while putting themselves up to a once-in-a-lifetime challenge. It's a trip that's truly unique and one they'll never forget.
