One year in our life is like seven in a dog's. That can only mean that they get wiser seven times as fast, right?
Maybe that's why they stay so happy as they age. They just know better than us that life is too short to sweat the small stuff or to spend days sulking instead of smiling.
These dogs may all be old, but they're so incredibly full of joy that they never seem to run out of love to give or smiles to spread.
If there is anything close to a real-life fountain of youth, it's dogs. They don't defy age; they just don't let it get to them. Even when their vision starts to go and doggie arthritis sneaks up on their joints, they still greet you with the same amount of love.
