This is Chontel Duncan. She's a fitness lover and a devoted mom.
She has a little boy named Jeremiah who is just under 2 years old. Recently, she brought another bundle of joy into the world.
On September 20, 2017, she gave birth to a little girl named Swayde, whom she calls by her nickname, Bubba.
When Chontel looked back at her pregnancies, she discovered that her body changed in different ways for both.
So, she decided to share what she learned with other moms, hoping it would shed some light on the topic.
Chontel posted a photo on her Instagram. It showed her swollen foot during her first pregnancy right next to a shot of her normal, smooth foot from her second pregnancy.
In the post, she says: "This is the raw truth on how bad my fluid got towards the end of my first pregnancy. Second time round I have done nothing different but have absolutely no fluid retention."
Then, thousands of moms and future mamas began taking notice.
After Chontel shared her photo comparing her feet, she received a huge response. Tons of moms said the same thing happened to them, which made the effects of their pregnancies seem normal. Everyone's body changes and not every pregnancy is the same!
