If you're a woman, you probably know what it feels like to wish certain parts of your body looked a little different.
When it comes to our breasts, thing can sometimes feel like the scene of Goldilocks and the Three Little Bears — trying to find the impossible size that feels "just right."
Of course, the easiest drastic enhancement women can make to their chest area is investing in a good old push-up bra. However, some women take their quest for the "perfect" breasts to the next level.
A boob job, or breast enhancement surgery, is the most obvious answer — but modern medical technology has a few more options for women that are far less invasive.
One spooky-sounding example: the vampire breast lift. No, this isn't some sort of Halloween costume.
It's actually a procedure that utilizes your own blood to enhance the girls and, allegedly, make them extra perky.

Granted, "vampire breast lift" sounds more like a bad idea for a cheesy horror movie than it does an actual procedure.
But don't let the name fool you.
According to the Wellness & Aesthetics Medical Center in San Antonio, women can have this noninvasive surgery performed in less than an hour and achieve lasting results.
So, how does this mysterious procedure work? The same wellness center explains it in a few steps:
- Blood is extracted from the body.
- That blood is then spun in a machine that separates the platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
- PRP is injected into the nipple along with some regenerative solution.
- The breast magic begins to work.
The procedure isn't designed to just make your breasts bigger but rather more shapely.
The Wellness Center says the vampire breast lift has also been known to provide "decreased skin sag, reduced wrinkles, reduced vein appearance and increased sensation."
Unlike a traditional boob job, the vampire breast lift does not require any recovery time, pain, scars, or loss of sensitivity.
Take a look at this after shot of a woman who underwent a vampire lift.
You can see she's in the same bra — and that there's a noticeable difference.
The whole procedure sounds pretty freaky, but plenty of women are giving rave reviews on VampireBreastLift.com.
The treatment is also much less expensive and labor-intensive than a traditional breast lift or enhancement.
A typical boob job usually costs north of $3,000, whereas a vampire breast lift costs around $1,500 to $2,000.
And as you can see, the results do not lie, especially if you're not looking for anything too drastic.
The procedure is becoming more popular — and not just because it's Halloween.
However, medical professionals do suggest that women use a doctor who is verified to perform the treatment. You can find providers by clicking here.
