One thing most couples say they're glad they spent the money on for their wedding: pictures.
Wedding photos are something you'll have for your entire life, and they're a wonderful reminder of the fun you had during the ceremony and reception.
After the big day is over, you can look back at these pictures and reminisce.
Photographers usually try to capture some posed shots as well as some loving candids. Sometimes, those unposed photos can be the most beautiful of all.
Recently, Lauren Halvorson took photos at Leann and Jim's wedding — and things went a little haywire when Jim decided to try to dip Leann.
Everyone knows how cute the classic dip photos are; they're just so romantic and sweet. Unfortunately, dipping your partner isn't always as easy as it looks. That was something Jim and Leann found out pretty quickly.
Take a look at the failed wedding photos below. They're guaranteed to make you laugh!
Lauren shared the pictures on the Facebook page Love What Matters, where they got a lot of attention.
Within just three days, the post had over 12,000 reactions and 472 shares.
Lauren wrote:
When a dip kiss goes totally wrong… Don’t worry, though, he made sure her butt never hit the ground.
That's true love, my friends, true love.
Most brides might absolutely lose it if they fell into the grass and mud on their wedding day, but not this girl!
She was all smiles and laughter, which made the moment an awesome one to remember.
Thank you Leann & Jim, for being the coolest couple ever.
You set the example for brides and grooms across the globe of how to laugh your way through the tiny little mishaps that are bound to happen on a wedding day!
Everyone loved the photos of Leann and Jim, and the post quickly racked up over 500 comments.
One woman wrote, "My husband nearly dropped me into a reflecting pond when he dipped me for a wedding pic."
"I love it! What a metaphor for life. This guy is going to always catch you girl," another woman wrote.
And one other person wrote, "She is definitely a 'good catch!'"
Lots of people tagged their partners, claiming this is something that would totally happen if they tried it.
"Look you aren't the only one who practically dropped your wife," wrote another woman.
It's clear from these pictures that Leann and Jim have a happy marriage ahead of them.
Being able to laugh when things go wrong is such a blessing.
