Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino got married to college sweetheart Lauren Pesce in a beautiful ceremony at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, on Thursday, November 1. They were joined by friends and family, including the cast of Jersey Shore.
In an exclusive statement to US Weekly, the newly hitched couple gushed: "We are so incredibly excited to begin our journey as husband and wife! We are each other’s best friend and together we can handle anything. Thank you to all our family, friends and fans who have supported us every step of the way. Gym, Tan, Laurens is the new GTL! Mike and Lauren tied the knot ahead of the reality star's shocking prison sentence. He was found guilty of tax evasion and sentenced to eight months in prison, and he is set to serve his sentence starting January 15, 2019.
