Most of us probably played around with a jump rope when we were kids. As a child, it was one of my favorite pastimes! I never thought that I was any good. I would trip on every try, but it was a fun way to get some exercise.
After a while, I gave up on trying to be very good at the game. From time to time, I pick it up just to see if my coordination has improved, but I'm still on the same level of skill as I was years ago. I wish I could have trained with these kids, and maybe I would be much better than I am now!
But some surprisingly make a career out of the childhood activity. This Cirque Du Soleil jump rope artist blew her audience away with a mind-blowing performance! But did you know that she has a sister, who is just as talented as she is?
Adrienn and Kata Banhegyi are sisters who love to show off their skill, speed, and precision — even if it's just at a women's handball game in Hungary. They take turns confidently stepping onto the floor, jump rope in hand. They even use the players are props for their show, but then they join forces. The end of the show is arguably the most mesmerizing part!
