Steve Harvey left his entire audience speechless when this happened on air. But while we don't normally see the man in such a vulnerable position, all this proves is that he really is in touch with his emotions in the best way possible!
He was in the middle of an episode of his talk show, when he began to discuss one of his favorite motivational speeches: the famous "Jump" speech.
You see, Harvey honestly believes that every single person on Earth has a special skill; every single person on Earth has something that they can do just a little bit better than anyone else. Some people are better artists or musicians, but other people are better at saving money or detailing cars.
While some certainly aren't as "glamorous" as others, the idea is pretty beautiful when you think about it. But as Harvey begins to tell his special guest what he thinks she should do, his emotions begin to get the better of him in the most beautiful way possible.
Steve Harvey really is a great man, and this video shows off just how humble and down to Earth he really is.

Steve Harvey has made quite a name for himself over the years. As a stand-up comedian, radio show host, game show host, talk show host, author, devout Christian, and motivational speaker, this man has been around and he knows how to reach people's hearts and souls.
So when he was speaking to a guest who had a question on whether or not she should quit her job, take a chance and open her own business, Harvey began to give his famous "Jump" motivational speech to her.
The idea is simple enough, and Harvey has told people before that it's one of his favorite ideals to express to his audience.
The whole way of thinking is essentially to "Just do it." If you never jump, you'll never know if you could succeed. The main issue he always mentions is the fact that once you jump, your parachute will not open immediately.
But eventually, it will all be worth it. But you have to take that chance and jump first!
As Harvey told his guest the beginning of his speech something different happened. He is already a very sensitive man, so as he told her this way of approaching life, he must have began to think about something personal in his own life, or his family's life.
Suddenly, Harvey's voice cracked and tears began to roll down his cheek. It might be odd to see such a rich and powerful man begin to cry on air, but Harvey is comfortable enough to go through these emotions and we love him for that.
