Fashion and beauty have changed a lot over the decades.
I wonder if women back in the day had it easier. Did they still feel like they had to conform to manufactured ideas of beauty? Were hair and makeup just as important back then? (These pictures of some hairstyles from the '50s would prove that yes, yes it was.)
In this amazing video, a team of makeup and hair stylists take one model through the years, and it's so interesting to see how certain ideas of beauty have changed. From the lipstick, to the big hair, to the eyelashes, women have been going through transformations for decades.
