For people who have to work on Black Friday, it can be hectic trying to face all the customers seeking those great secret deals. So one manager at Target decided to give his team a rousing pep talk before the doors officially opened — and it's amazing!
In the video, Scot jumps on the checkout counter and gives an inspiring speech. Taking a page from the movie 300 and "This is Sparta!," the man rallies his team and delivers a message to his troops.
"They come here with bargains in their heads, and fire in their eyes!" the man the YouTube notes refer to as Scot exhorted his unseen employees in a video on YouTube that's starting to go viral. "We're more than just a store: This is a team! This is a family! This is Target!"
The hilarious video, shot by Target employee Chloe Sier, was uploaded to YouTube and has so far been viewed nearly 285,000 times.
