Who else out there is a big fan of bacon?
Let me be clear: I love pigs and try not to eat a lot of meat (and when I do eat meat I try to eat humanely-raised meat), but there is just something about bacon on a Sunday morning that makes me want to jump out of bed.
I'll admit though, I'll often skip making bacon because I don't want to dirty up another pan. Cooking bacon on the stove can be a greasy, messy event and sometimes I just don't want to deal with that – but now that I've seen this video, all bets are off!
I don't know why I never thought of this before, but you can actually cook bacon in the microwave! And if you do it right, there's no grease to clean up, and your bacon is as crispy as it would be if you put it on the stove. Plus, it only takes about five minutes from start to finish!
