Growing up in Texas, I was right in the middle of "Tornado Alley," a stretch of the United States where tornadoes are most frequent. I know firsthand the devastation and terror that these powerful forces of nature can cause.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Oklahoma and Arkansas residents who were affected by the deadly tornadoes and storms that swept through their neighborhoods earlier this week.
A tornado brings such immense negativity that it's hard to feel any hope, but miracles can happen. Twice on live television, victims of deadly tornadoes spoke about their loss, when they suddenly discovered that their animals were alive. One woman found the cat she thought was missing, and another was reunited with her dog.
Recently, in Moore, OK, a few teenagers were driving around after the storm and surveying the damage when they found an amazing symbol among all the debris. A twitter user named @Chase_Rhodes posted a photo of this symbol and it has quickly gone viral.
Maybe it's just a coincidence, or maybe it's a message. Let us know what you think.

Anyone who has experienced a tornado knows what a terrifying sight this is.
Drive around Oklahoma and devastating sights like this are common.
A tornado is a symbol of disaster, destruction, and havoc, and it can affect communities for years afterwards.
The residents of Moore, OK are currently dealing with the terrible aftermath of these tornadoes.
Through all of the devastation, many Moore, OK residents are finding hope in one piece of debris that with a very inspirational shape:
This cross. The Twitter user who posted this photo captioned it with: "Just found this after the tornado. God is with us."
