Tennessee Police Officer Surprises Community Cookout With His Breakdancing Moves

Growing up with not one, but two uncles as police officers was definitely never dull. I don't think any of us will ever forget the time my uncle Brian decided to ride up to our family's Easter get-together with his sirens blazing just to give us a shock.

Citizens of Lebanon, TN, were recently given a similar surprise by a member of their local law enforcement when they saw a patrol car pull to their community cookout. The officers didn't have their sirens on, but as resident Britton Winfree says in his post on Facebook of the video below, everyone was still sort of uneasy wondering why the boys in blue could possibly be stopping by. It's like when your mom would call you into the living room to scold you, but you'd already forgotten what you (or maybe a sneaky sibling) did in the first place!

Unlike the residents of St. Anthony, ID, it wasn't seeing a famous face that made the situation a little strange. Instead, Officer Ariel Feroz Carrillo decided to take the opportunity to show off some seriously sweet dance moves! Even more unbelievable, the lawman trusted his neighbors so much that he had no trouble handing them his belt, which was obviously too heavy with his weapon and other items to wear while he danced.

It's always amazing to see cops shake off their straight-laced image and really make an effort to connect with those they protect. I have a feeling Officer Carrillo can expect an invite to their next shindig, for sure!
