In this clip, a street vendor in Chongqing, China, makes this whimsically massive treat using different-colored sugars, a cotton candy machine, and what looks like a small wooden pick.
This street vendor’s technique is completely entrancing as he adds layer on top of layer of colorful sugar, sometimes even blending it to create a color he doesn’t have. This epic flower looks just as good to eat as it is fun to look at and twirl around.
The intricate detail that goes into making these delicate creations is baffling. Mostly because of how simple this street vendor makes it look.
