Silly Dog Refuses To Let His Dad Finish The ’22 Push-Ups Challenge’

There is always some new trend sweeping through the web. Whether it's a silly dance craze just for the fun of it or a challenge to raise awareness for an important cause, it's always amusing to see the results.

Recently, videos of individuals completing a series of 22 push-ups have been on the rise in an effort to shed light on veterans dealing with PTSD and suicidal thoughts that are unfortunately all too common for men and women returning from combat.

Aptly titled the "22 Push-Ups Challenge," the idea is similar to things like the "Ice Bucket Challenge" where, once the brief workout is done, they nominate others to do the same. The number might not seem all that daunting or impressive, but it is based on data taken in 2013 which estimated roughly 22 veterans take their own life in America every day.

However, unlike the officer who got some help from his K-9 partner, the man in the video below is having a surprising amount of trouble finishing his set.

As soon as he begins, the silly collie starts climbing all over him as if he's worried his dad is in some sort of trouble!

The man does his best to continue despite his persistent pup's antics, but he doesn't quite make it to the final sum. I guess he'll have to give it another shot while the hilarious canine is out taking a bathroom break.

Take a look, and be sure to keep count of how many he manages to accomplish.

And don't forget to SHARE the funny moment and heartwarming cause with your loved ones!
