The wow factor is often at jeopardy when a surprise proposal occurs. There’s really no telling if the bride-to-be will actually be surprised or if they’ve figured it out before the four important words are even uttered. That possibility never does seem to shake the groom enough for him to not try pulling it off.
This surprise proposal, however, was absolutely brilliant. Just as brilliant as this boyfriend's proposal to his girlfriend after reciting a heartfelt poem during their baby shower.
Not only was it quite simple, but you could also tell that she had absolutely no idea what was happening, even after she yelled the words herself and paused in with a shocked expression on her face.
Jarrad and Kim have been together for six years, and while their family and friends were over for a fun game of Pictionary, Jarrad thought it fun to ask the question by having Kim guess the surprise out loud.
Now, you've got to give Jarrad credit for that amazing drawing talent of his. His idea of insinuating “will” with a drawing of a “well” was kind of genius.
Regardless of the execution, surprise proposals are always beautiful to witness whether on screen or in person.
What a fun and unexpected way to propose to the person you love!
