Some American Airlines staffers are in hot water after denying a U.S. Army Veteran's service dog from boarding a flight.
Service dogs are supposed to be able to travel anywhere with their owners. Kevin Crowell, a 20 year veteran, who was wounded in combat, had to take his family off the plane and rent a car to get home instead. Whoever was responsible for this, owes this man a real apology! I've never heard of such a thing happen. Please SHARE to spread the word on this story.
