For so many of us, social media is now a way of life. We're all so attached to our smartphones and computers – it's like electronics are an extension of our selves. This extremely clever and thought-provoking ad, brought to us by The State, challenges the way we use social media by telling us, "You are what you share."

How do YOU use social media? It's definitely eye-opening to take a step back and examine the way we use this modern mode of communication. I love this ad, and I think these guys did a great job at creating something not only entertaining, but insightful.
