Baker Creates A Giant Version Of A Butterfinger Bar With Peanut Butter And Gooey Caramel

For some people, it can feel like their sweet tooth is never satisfied. No matter how many cookies they cram or slices of cake they devour, they always have room for more!

Well, if that happens to apply to you, you're definitely in for a treat when it comes to the larger-than-life recipe below. Baker Ann Reardon is back with another mega-sized candy, this time acquiescing to the massive amount of requests she's received for a big Butterfinger bar.

There was just one problem: The crispy delight doesn't exist in her home country of Australia. After ordering a few from here in the United States, she was able to start unpacking what makes up their peanut butter flavor and plan her unique recipe.

I was surprised by how simple the ingredients were when she broke it all down. Mostly, it boils down to needing a lot of peanut butter! Combining that with a simple caramel mixture gives it the characteristic crunch we're all used to enjoying.

It also takes a lot of patience, of course. The process of folding the gooey substance over and over again until the layers are perfectly thin will definitely take you some time.

If you thought the sticky texture of the original version was sometimes a bit troublesome while chowing down, imagine trying to inhale this behemoth without a cup of milk handy to help wash it down!
