She Lost Her Stuffed Bear At The Community Hospital, But Then Some Doctors Find It On The Floor

It's great to know that even with the stress of working in a hospital, the amazing staff of men and women at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital still take the time out of their busy schedules to have a little fun with their patients.

When little Aria Payne was finished with a hospital visit, she accidentally left her "Bear-Bear" behind. It must have been a sad moment for her two amazing parents when they all realized that the stuffed animal was missing, so Aria's mom posted on the hospital's Facebook page with a desperate plea to see if anyone had found the bear.

Aria went to bed that night thinking she would never see her best friend ever again.

After a day of searching, not only did the hospital staff find "Bear-Bear," but they decided that he was way overdue for a checkup of his own! As Mom drove back to get the bear, the staff decided to have a little bit of fun before she got there.

He got an EKG, an immunization, an X-ray which proved he had no broken bones, and some physical therapy before he got the "all clear" to be brought back home! It's really so amazing to see that the staff at Fort Belvoir treat their patients with love and respect, whether they be young, old, or even a stuffed bear! The hospital even printed out a little book for Aria, showing her all the adventures her bear went on!

But when little Aria was finally reunited with her bear, we couldn't love the look on her face any more.

Little Aria Payne is about the cutest little girl you've ever met. While most kids her age have stuffed animals, her "Bear-Bear" is very special because, sometimes, she needs a little extra comfort.

That's because, sometimes, her powerful and brave father, Dalton Payne, has to do his duty as a proud medic in the United States Army. It's ironic that someone with the last name of "Payne" would be a healer, but that's just how life works out sometimes!

And while Dalton might look big and tough, whenever he gets to see his beautiful little daughter, you can see just how much his heart melts.

So when Aria lost her "Bear-Bear," it must have been heartbreaking, not just for the little girl, but for Mom and Dad who love their baby girl so much.

Thankfully, Aria's mom, Stacey, was smart enough to leave a post on the Facebook of the local community hospital they had just came from. While they weren't 100 percent sure that's where the bear would be, there was always room for hope!

And thankfully, the next day, that hope paid off! The staff found the stuffed bear and let the whole Payne family know. But as they drove back to pick up the toy for little Aria, the medical staff decided to have a bit of fun first!

They realized that "Bear-Bear" was way overdue for his checkup! They gave him several overdue inoculations.

Took him in for an EKG just to make sure that everything was OK and there wasn't any trouble on the inside!

And finally, even met the Hospital Director Jason Wieman before being given a clean bill of health and the "all-clear" to go back home with his human Aria!
