But one mom found a genius way to help kids learn how to tie their shoes, and just in time before school starts, too.
Her own school-aged son picked up the trick in just one try, and is tying his shoes all by himself.
Now, in a video that went viral, she's teaching other moms and dads just how simple it really is. With just a few knots, you'll almost never have to tie your kids' shoes for them again.
