One storm chaser captured something very unusual with his camera this week: an image of Michael Jackson dancing in the sky and it's now going viral.
Of course there have been spectacular photos taken of the sky before, including the phenomenal quadruple rainbow spotted in April. But an image of a legend like this is anything but expected.
During a lightning storm in Virginia on June 23, the clouds formed what appeared to be the King of Pop showing off his famous dance moves six years after his death in 2009.
The image surely resembles Jackson because of the distinguishable black and white outfit from the "Dirty Diana" video. (If you started singing it or one of his other hits, you're not the only one.)
Photographer John Plashal didn’t even realize the magic he caught until he submitted the pictures to WTVR CBS 6’s Facebook page and viewers began noticing the hidden gem.
“I didn’t know what I had until this morning, to be honest with you, when my phone started blowing up,” the 45-year-old told Virginia’s WTVR. “It has literally gone international.”
For those wondering if perhaps Plashal altered the image with Photoshop, he told the news station that it’s all nature's doing.
