Now that summer is finally here, it's time to enjoy all the wonderful things that come with having a yard. Unfortunately, you also have to deal with all the work that comes with having extra outdoor space, and that means you'll probably be doing a good bit of mowing. Having a riding mower certainly makes the job a lot easier, but one man cut his mowing time in half by using three mowers at once. I thought it was crazy at first, but after seeing the results, I'm pretty sure this guy has found a great solution!
We've shown you plenty of ways to make your summer as easy and enjoyable as possible, such as this cheap air conditioner you can make out of a cooler. But for those of us who hate sweating and frying in the hot sun, this is the perfect way to cut down on necessary yard work. I couldn't believe how fast he was able to mow his lawn…and this is a guy who has a lot of grass to cut. I'd love to see how his invention would do when squared up against this guy who uses an old-fashioned scythe to cut the grass!
I know this triple mower looks super tempting to make yourself, but please make sure you know what you're doing before attaching two extra mowers to your riding mower. If you aren't sure how to do it, find someone who does, or hire a professional. And of course, exercise common sense and caution just like you would when handling any type of machine that involves sharp spinning blades. Whether or not you actually want to try this out for yourself, you can't deny that it's kind of satisfying to watch this guy mow his lawn for two minutes.
