Leave it to Thailand to bring us another tearjerking commercial that really pulls on the heartstrings.
It's not that we are really lacking any emotional ads in the United States, but when it comes to commercials that tell a touching story over shoving a product in your face, our friends to the east are the true experts. We recently shared this video about restaurant workers who can't be with their moms for Mother's Day. By just a few seconds in, I was crying like a baby and although this next video is a little different, it leaves you feeling moved just the same.
In the following video, we see a store owner repeatedly open his doors to find a homeless man sleeping outside the shop. It's not hard to understand why he'd be less than happy about it, but instead of kindly asking the man to move along, he berates him, splashing water on him, screaming at him and finally kicking him.
Eventually, the man stopped sleeping outside the shop and when the store owner looked around for him, a neighbor said he was long gone. That's when the truth comes out via video from the security cameras.
This is a video that just goes to show you should never judge a person based on their appearances. It really made me think about how I treat others and I hope it'll impact you the same way.
