Blow Your Guests Away By Serving Buffalo Chicken Dip At Your Next Party

I am not a huge football fan, but I love football season.

The reason? Tailgate parties — or, more specifically, tailgate food.

It’s not the healthiest of cuisine, but with signature elements like cheese, chips, bacon, and serving anything and everything as poppers or on a stick, you really can’t go wrong.

Don’t believe me? Just take a gander at all these different types of ranch dressings you can easily make at home before heading off to the stadium or a viewing party. Just envision any of them smothered all over fries, onion rings, or wings.

Another great thing to drench on anything fried is good ole fashioned dip, especially the layered and baked varieties, like seven-layer dip.

Yet, if you bring that to a party, you’ll probably be one of the many.

Wouldn’t it be cool if you could whip up something a little more unique? Like an easy dip that combines yet another football food favorite that can be made in less than 30 minutes?

Seems too impossible to be true, like the Dolphins winning the Super Bowl? Well it’s not!

In fact, we have figured out just how to do that in the simple recipe below.

Yet, before you look, be forewarned: this dish is so good you may start salivating half way through. So have a napkin handy!

First I gathered my simple ingredients: pre-made chicken, refried black beans, refried pinto beans, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Buffalo chicken sauce, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.

First I took my pre-cooked chicken, chopped it, and threw it in a mixing bowl.

Then I poured in two cups of buffalo chicken sauce.

I mixed the two together until the chicken was completely covered in the sauce.

After it was combined, I added a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the chicken was prepped it was time to grease add my layers to my baking dish.

My first layer was refried black beans.

Next I added a layer of smooth, room temperature cream cheese.

Then I added a layer of refried pinto beans.

I topped that layer with the buffalo chicken.

And sprinkled it all with plenty of shredded cheese.

When I was done layering my dip, I popped it in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese browns and gets bubbly on top.

While my dip baked, I prepped some avocado and cilantro.

And once it was done, I sprinkled both on top with a little sour cream.
