Right in the middle of professor Bunkowske's lesson, he looked down and saw a precocious 2-year-old at his feet.
Quite used to the antics of children, the DeVry University college professor did what any other parent would do: He picked up the grumpy kid and continued on with his business.
It all begin when single mother Amanda Osbon received the annoying news that her babysitter had to cancel for the whole day. Amanda, unwilling to miss a single class in order to educate herself and strengthen her career opportunities with a college degree, made the choice to bring her little boy Xavier to class.
She told the young child to be as quiet as possible, and under no circumstances should he annoy anyone near him. However, sometimes children just don't listen, no matter how hard you beg them, and pray, sometimes a kid will just be a kid!
Just like the other little boy who had to visit a college class, this little boy was picked up by the loving university professor. So when the teacher picked the boy up and continued his lesson, Amanda broke down in tears of thankfulness and embarrassment. Everyone has had a hard day before, and Amanda was afraid she was going to be scolded; while little children shouldn't be taken to class every day, sometimes you just can't help it!
Luckily, most people are caring, and we're happy to see such a wonderful man share such a beautiful moment with a single mother and her little boy.
