Beauty guru Jackie brings us a spectacular Halloween look that is fit for anyone of any age! If you know anyone who is a fan of The Little Mermaid, you'll want to share this amazing trick on how to get gorgeous "mermaid scales."
But if you're into something a bit scarier, hey Halloween is supposed to be spooky; you might want to try these "Third Eye Lips," instead. They're sure to freak people out.
The trick is super easy. All you need are fishnet stockings (you probably already have a couple of those lying around anyway) and a few shimmering eyeshadows. Jackie uses Urban Decay.
Simply take the stocking and use it to cover the part of your body on which you wish to create scales — the head, arm, or leg — and lightly pat on eyeshadow. You can use different colors to create an ombre effect or just one.
Remove the fishnets carefully and the finished look will stun you. Your face will look it's covering in iridescent scales, just like a "real" mermaid.
