Weeks after baby GusGus was almost stolen for good, the little goat is enjoying life on the Great American Lonestar Ranch in Texas.
In a video shared by the Great American Petting Zoo, the pygmy goat is seen hopping around, climbing rocks, and playing with his friends. One of them even includes a big pig named Bobo, who is described as "one of his best buddies."
The energetic little goat is also seen spending much time with his mother. The two shared a publicized reunion after the goat was stolen at the annual Arizona State Fair petting zoo when he was only 3 weeks old. There was a big fear that little GusGus wouldn't survive, but thankfully a Phoenix resident found him wandering about, leading to his return.
"Thank you to everyone on social media and in the news media, and all of you who simply cared enough about GusGus to spread the word of his heartbreaking disappearance. It is because of you that GusGus was found and reunited with his mother. It is because of you that he is alive and happy, safe and sound, frolicking with his family and friends on his ranch in Texas," the Great American Petting Zoo shared under the video.
