Most likely, the hawk in this video tried to make a dinner out of this bull snake, but the snake wasn't having it. In defense, the snake wrapped himself around the hawk and would have killed it, if Scott Adams hadn't come along.
Gently and without a lot of fear, the man was able to pry the snake off the bird, even though his friend was pretty sure the bird was dead the whole time he was working. Never giving up, Scott finally managed to get the bird free, and if you watch all the way to the end of the video, you'll see that his hard work was not in vain!
This is truly amazing to watch!
