Rob Kardashian Alleges Blac Chyna Pointed Gun At His Head Several Times, Court Documents Reveal

Rob Kardashian and ex Angela White, better known as Blac Chyna, have always had a contentious relationship. Now he's revealing it had deadly potential.

Many believed Chyna was taking advantage of a vulnerable Rob when they were together. Rob was known to struggle with depression and low self-esteem. Things seemed to be better when they welcomed daughter Dream Kardashian, but it didn't last long. The two split in the summer of 2017.

The two have gone through the ups and downs of co-parenting. When things are good, they're great. There have been plenty of tumultuous moments, however. They have hurled accusations at each other about Dream. Recently, they've fought over custody of the 3-year-old.

New court documents level the most serious accusations yet. In a recent filing obtained by People magazine, Rob claims there were times in the relationship where he feared for his life. He details a night where, on several occasions, Chyna pointed a gun at his head while on FaceTime with different people.

Rob Kardashian and ex Blac Chyna, née Angela White, have entered a difficult period in their co-parenting relationship. The two have been embroiled in legal battles, leveling accusations about each other's character and treatment of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. The latest accusations are truly shocking.

In new court filings obtained by People magazine, Rob claims he feared for his life at points in the relationship. The accusations are about the night of December 14, 2016. Previously, Rob claimed that Chyna attempted to choke him with an iPhone wire that evening. Now he's saying there was more to the events of that night.

"She used my phone to FaceTime my friend Victory and while we were on FaceTime with him, Chyna pointed the gun at me and threatened me," the declaration reads.

"About 20 or 30 minutes later, Chyna came to the guestroom, still holding the gun and FaceTimed my friend Eugene. When we were on FaceTime, Chyna pointed the gun at my head and threatened me. She also threatened Eugene."

Rob's declaration later explains he believed she intended to "inflict severe injury to me and I feared for my life."

"I did not think that Chyna’s threats and physical attacks were funny or a joke, and of course I never consented to her violently attacking me or threatening to harm me. I believed that she could kill me, intentionally or because she [was] in such a drunken/high state that she could slip up and shoot me accidentally."

Chyna's lawyer disputes that detail directly. In a statement to People, her attorney claims, "Rob also admitted that he never feared for his life and actually thought it was ‘funny’ when Chyna teased him while holding Rob’s unloaded gun."

Rob's argument is that Chyna's claims are invalid because of her substance abuse.

According to Rob, Chyna was both drunk and high the night of the incident. "When Chyna is drunk and high, she is very strong," he said in the declaration.

"As the night went on and she became more and more intoxicated, her behavior escalated and she became very violent and aggressive."

Rob says that at that point, he decided to "give her some space." That's when she attacked him with the charger.

"At one point, as Chyna was choking me with the charger wrapped very tightly around my neck, I was fortunate enough to pull the cable," it reads.

"I went to the master bedroom to get away from her and locked the door."

Later, she allegedly broke into the locked room and continued behaving aggressively. Rob claims Chyna threw something at the TV and broke it. She then "used a metal rod to hit me." He claimed the incident wasn't broken up until mom Kris Jenner's boyfriend, Corey Gamble, arrived at the home.

"[He] came to the house and pulled Chyna off of me when she was attacking me with her fists and hitting me in my face, head and back," Rob said in the declaration.

"He helped me get out of the house and into my car. When I was trying to pull out of the driveway, Chyna took a chair and threw it at my car."

A declaration from Corey confirms Rob's version of events. Corey claims that when he arrived, Chyna was in "a very agitated state and attacking Rob with her fists."

"While I helped Rob walk out of the house, Chyna continued to lunge at him," he continued. "Rob did not fight back and simply tried to shield himself from Chyna’s physical attack on him."

Chyna's lawyer claims this is a serious exaggeration of the actual events. Her attorney claims the night was more of "raucous and flirty time."

"The problem for Rob is there is not one shred of evidence to prove his false allegations. In fact, Rob has admitted under oath that he sustained no injuries, did not require any medical attention, and did not seek any help from law enforcement," Chyna's lawyer continues. "There was no 'violent attack.'"

Rob and Chyna have shared joint custody of Dream since their split. That said, the arrangement seems to no longer be working for them. Rob's February request for primary custody amid claims Chyna behaves inappropriately in front of Dream and her older son, King Cairo, was denied.

Chyna also legally aired grievances against Rob last month. She blames nannies hired by Rob for being negligent, resulting in Dream obtaining serious burns on two different occasions.

"Rob treated Dream appropriately and Chyna was informed," his attorney said. "Following an investigation by the DCFS and the police, in which Rob fully cooperated, he has every reason to believe that there will be no findings of any safety issues in his home."

The battle between Rob and Chyna shows no signs of stopping. Thankfully, every time we get a peek at Dream, she seems perfectly happy. Hopefully the contention between her parents will never come to affect the sweet girl.
