Casino heir Tansy Aspinall has a pretty amazing dinner party story. The 22-year-old was raised with gorillas and as of recently, she has the incredible video footage to prove it.
When Tansy was only 18 months old her father, Damian, put in her in a cage with a 300 lb. gorilla. Twenty years later, he released the unbelievable video of his daughter and the gigantic ape to show people that gorillas and humans can be harmonious.
Damian is the owner of Howletts, the family’s 90-acre wildlife park in Kent where Tansy was raised with her younger sister. When his daughters were growing up, they often played with the park's many lowland gorilla babies. Damian assures that his actions were safe, but the controversial video has raised a ton of questions about his parenting.
In the video below, Tansy discusses what it was like being raised with the apes, as Damian defends his decision to let his children play with the animals. His explanation will blow you away!

Damian Aspinall is a famous zoo and casino owner who took over Howlett's Wild Animal Park in Kent, England when his father John Aspinall passed away.
In 2012, Damian released a controversial video of his daughter Tansy Aspinall playing in a gorilla cage at 18 months old. Tansy is pictured here at 9 months old with her mother Louise.
Tansy, now 22, has fond memories of growing up with the gorillas. “I loved playing in the animal enclosures,” Tansy told Daily Mail. “The gorillas would come up and hug you, and we’d run and roll around and chase them. So fun.”
Today, Tansy is following in her father and grandfather's footsteps, making it her personal mission to help save the gorillas. Here she is pictured with a freed gorilla in Gabon in 2012.
