1. Bridget Fonda - Then
What ever happened to Bridget Fonda? How about Mark Hamill? Anyone?
They used to be household names, stars of either big blockbuster Hollywood films and TV shows, or cult classics.
Now these "washed up" former A-list celebrities spend their days focused on other pursuits, from academic degrees to careers as authors, independent musicians, and even restaurant owners.
It may surprise you to hear some of their names again and what they're up to nowadays!
The daughter of Peter Fonda and the niece of Jane Fonda was one of America's most promising young actresses in the '80s and '90s.
She launched her career with an uncredited role in the 1969 cult classic Easy Rider, before going on to play a journalist in the critically acclaimed The Godfather Part III and star in films like Single White Female and Jackie Brown. Her last film role was in the 2002 made-for-TV movie Snow Queen, and she's barely been heard from since.
Bridget Fonda - Now
Bridget married composer Danny Elfman in 2003 and went on to settle down with him and step away from the spotlight. They have one son together named Oliver.
And, of course, she's still beautiful. If she were still famous today, I could totally see her doing campaigns for CoverGirl.
2. Jonathan Taylor Thomas - Then
The former child star and teen idol is best known for voicing young Simba in Disney's The Lion King, Kevin Brady in the 1990 Brady Bunch spinoff, The Bradys, and starring alongside Tim Allen in Home Improvement.
Since then, he's had roles and guest appearances on TV shows including Veronica Mars, 8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter, and Last Man Standing.
Jonathan Taylor Thomas - Now
Jonathan went on to earn a degree from Columbia University in 2010 and is an outspoken pro-life activist and vegetarian. While he's had small roles here and there, he remains relatively elusive on the Hollywood scene.
3. Lark Voorhies - Then
Lark made her acting debut at the age of two before going on to play Lisa Turtle in Disney's Good Morning, Miss Bliss, which was later picked up by NBC and relaunched as the iconic teen hit, Saved By the Bell.
Lark also made appearances on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Days Of Our Lives and Family Matters.

In 2006, Lark made headlines over a lawsuit against the National Enquirer for libel, as the paper had claimed she had a drug problem. Since her days as a teen idol, has written and released three books and founded the alternative band Third Degree, which disbanded shortly after, leaving Lark to pursue a solo career, though she remains relatively unknown these days.
4. Rider Strong - Then
The '90s teen heartthrob was best known for playing Cory Matthews' best friend, Shawn Hunter, on Boy Meets World. He began his career at age nine starring in a San Francisco production of Les Misérables and was nominated twice for the Young Artist Award during his seven-year run on the ABC series (which Netflix still needs to add!!).
After Boy Meets World, Rider played Paul in the indie horror film Cabin Fever and wrote and directed a short film alongside his brother, Shiloh Strong.
Rider Strong - Now
In 2013, Rider married actress Alexandra Barreto, whom he met while filming the short-lived 2006 TV series Pepper Dennis. Aside from plans to make a cameo appearance on the Boy Meets World spinoff, Girl Meets World, Rider has been taking a break from Hollywood.
He graduated magna cum laude in 2004 from Columbia University and went on to complete his Master of Fine Arts at Bennington College in 2009.
5. Tracey Gold - Then
Tracey, who has been an actress since the age of four, is best known for playing Young Missy Reynolds in the TV miniseries, Roots, and Carol Seaver in the sitcom Growing Pains.

The former Growing Pains star had a painful public battle with anorexia, which she has since recovered from and discussed at length in her autobiography, Room to Grow: An Appetite for Life.
Although she's made appearances on shows like Melissa & Joey and the reality series Wife Swap, Tracey now spends most of her time with her husband and three children and has engaged in several speaking engagements warning young women about the dangers of eating disorders.
6. Leif Garrett - Then
Seventies actor and pop icon Leif Garrett released his first self-titled album in 1977 before going on to star in the 1983 Francis Ford Coppola film The Outsiders. In 1986, he joined the Church of Scientology and provided vocals for L. Ron Hubbard's album The Road to Freedom, but later left the church in 1992.

After struggling with addiction and several legal run-ins, including a car crash that left his best friend friend disabled, Leif went on to appear in VH1's Celebrity Rehab in 2010 after a number of scripted and reality television appearances. He has since released more music and stayed away from the limelight.
7. Kirstie Alley - Then
Best known for her award-winning role as Rebecca Howe on Cheers, Kirstie made her film debut in 1982's Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

In 2000, Kirstie purchased Lisa Marie Presley's $1.5-million mansion, which is now a spiritual headquarters for the Church of Scientology. Since then, she's become a spokeswoman for weight loss products and appeared on Dancing With the Stars in 2011.
8. Jodie Sweetin - Then
The former child star is best known for playing Stephanie Tanner on the long-running series Full House.

In 2002, Jodie married her first husband, LA police officer Shaun Holguin, though they later divorced in 2006.
She currently shares custody of her daughter Beatrix with former husband Morty Coyle, and in 2009, she released a memoir entitled unSweetined, which chronicles her struggles with addiction that began with the end of Full House. Today she is happy, healthy, and sober.
9. Judd Nelson - Then
A member of the '80s "Brat Pack," Judd was best known for playing bad boy John Bender in The Breakfast Club and Alec Newbary in St. Elmo's Fire.
He went on to appear in several other movies and television shows, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and the 2004 comedy Airheads alongside Steve Buscemi.

These days, Judd is more focused on his writing career than acting. He's released four books on Kindle, including The Power of Speech, Nine of Diamonds, The Gig, and Water Music.
He's had several small roles since the '80s and '90s but is far from the star of his heyday, surprising everyone when he showed up at the 2010 Oscars, because no one had any idea who he was! Judd once joked via Twitter: “Hi, this is Judd Nelson, I need a cab — I’m at the Kodak Theater, heading back to the Homeless Shelter.”
10. Tila Tequila - Then
Tila Nguyen, better known as Myspace queen "Tila Tequila," began her career at the age of 19 as a Playboy model and Cyber Girl and, in 2008, was ranked #100 on the Maxim Hot 100 List.
She starred in her own MTV reality show, A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila, which aired on MTV in 2007; launched a fashion line; and released two pop EPs under her own record label.

Tila became the subject of controversy after releasing several pornographic films and making bizarre claims to the press, like that actor Paul Walker's death had the signs of a "ritualistic murder." The star is currently pregnant with her first child, which she announced in July 2014.
11. Josh Hartnett - Then
Josh was a major teen heartthrob in the late '90s and early '00s, making his acting debut with films like 1988's Halloween H20: 20 Years Later, The Faculty, and The Virgin Suicides, and later landing starring roles in Pearl Harbor, O, Black Hawk Down, and 40 Days and 40 Nights.
Josh Hartnett - Now
Josh currently stars as Ethan Chandler in Penny Dreadful, but aside from that, has become largely irrelevant as compared to his previous career path and has made a conscious decision to stay out of the spotlight.
"I know what it's like to be in that whole world," he told the Evening Chronicle earlier this year. "I was up there for a couple of years, and it was uncomfortable. I think trying to stay at the top is a shortcut to unhappiness." Hartnett also took a break from acting, saying "I spent a bit of time really thinking about whether this was the right thing for me."
12. Phoebe Cates - Then
Phoebe made her film debut in the 1982 movie Paradise, in which the talented vocalist sang the movie's theme song. Also that year, the actress landed her second breakout role as Linda Barrett in Fast Times at Ridgemont High alongside Sean Penn and Forest Whitaker before going on to star in Gremlins, Heart of Dixie, and Lace II, among others.
Phoebe Cates - Now
In 2005, Phoebe opened her own Manhattan boutique, Blue Tree. That same year, she appeared in the indie flick The Squid and the Whale under the stage name Frankie Cosmos, and has since taken a break from Hollywood.
13. Kelly McGillis - Then
Known for playing a Top Gun instructor with a doctorate in astrophysics in Top Gun, Kelly went on to star in 1988's The Accused and 1989's Cat Chaser.
Kelly received Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations for her breakout role as an Amish mother in 1985's Witness alongside Harrison Ford, and in 2004, toured the country playing Mrs. Robinson in a stage adaptation of The Graduate.

It's been quite a while since Kelly has had a film hit. These days, she spends most of her time working at her restaurant in Florida and acting on stage.
14. Mark Hamill - Then
Best known for playing Luke Skywalker in 1977's Star Wars and its two sequels, the California-bred actor has also made appearances in The Muppet Show, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Broadway's production of The Elephant Man.

Mark currently makes a living doing voice-over animation work for TV and video games, and co-writes a comic book miniseries called "The Black Pearl."
15. Corey Feldman - Then
Corey made his debut as a voice actor in Disney's The Fox and the Hound and starred in some of the biggest movie hits of the '80s, including The Goonies, Stand By Me, and The Lost Boys.
During the '90s, he worked on more independent projects and appeared in New Found Glory's "Hit Or Miss" music video as Officer Corey Feldman.
Corey Feldman - Now
Corey was subpoenaed to testify against Michael Jackson in 2005 after claims surfaced that he was abused by the pop star. He no longer has a Hollywood career, but remains the lead singer of the ska band Truth Movement.
