Every once in a while, I've have a spontaneous urge for cake. Even though I'm a healthy eater, I can't deny that there are times (maybe, say, 8:00 o'clock at night) when I suddenly get an urge for something sweet. Usually, I'll go for a healthy alternative (like simple, homemade sorbet!), but there are other times when I'm just craving the real thing.
Luckily, I found this video, which allows me to have my cake, and be healthy about it, too!
Mug cakes seem like they're all the rage these days, and I can see why. They're so easy, take around two minutes to bake, and best of all, you don't need to use a bunch of cookware to make them happen!
