Khloé Kardashian Is Accused Of Helping Tristan Thompson Fake Paternity Test Results And… Whoa

The strange relationship between Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson has taken another strange turn. The two made headlines earlier this week after rampant speculation that Khloé was pregnant by Tristan again. They share 2-year-old daughter True Thompson. Khloé vehemently shut down the rumors and the comments made about her as a result. She also noted that if she did want to make decisions like that, it was her life and no one else's business.

There's another pregnancy-related rumor now circling the former couple. It seems that earlier this year, Tristan took a paternity test to determine if he was the father of a child. That child's mother, Kimberly Alexander, is now claiming that Tristan falsified the negative paternity test results. She also claims that the Kardashians and Khloé, in particular, had a hand in it.

Khloé and Tristan are fighting back against the rumors together. Represented by Marty Singer, the two have sent Kimberly a cease-and-desist letter with their side of the story.

Khloé Kardashian has made it crystal clear that no one knows what's really going on in her life. Of all the Kar-Jenner sisters, Khloé has always been adamant that her life is more complicated than what's portrayed on the show. A new twist has fans once again wondering about the confounding relationship between Khloé and Tristan Thompson.

Khloé and Tristan share their 2-year-old daughter, True. The road to coparenting wasn't easy. Tristan publicly humiliated Khloé by cheating on her while she was pregnant with True. The news broke just days before her first child was born. She tried to give the relationship another go but endured another humiliating blow when Tristan cheated with longtime family friend Jordyn Woods.

Khloé has garnered a lot of criticism of her handling of the situation, which saw her blaming Jordyn for breaking up her family rather than holding Tristan accountable for his own actions. Though she later apologized, the relationship between Jordyn and the family had been damaged beyond repair.

That criticism came to light again over Mother's Day weekend as rumors that Khloé was pregnant by Tristan again began to swirl online.

Women across the internet unleashed on Khloé, saying she was a clown for having a child by this man again and that she owed Jordyn an apology for ruining her friendship with Kylie Jenner and the rest of the family.

Khloé slammed the criticism surrounding her and Tristan on Wednesday, after hours of her name trending across social media platforms as the rumor reached a fever pitch.

"I don’t go on social platforms much these days AND this is one of the main reasons as to why I stay away," she tweeted. "The sick and hurtful things people say. I am disgusted by so many things I am seeing. SMH people swear they know everything about me. Including my uterus. Sick."

"The nasty things you're saying about me over A RUMOR! I have seen so many hurtful/despicable stories and tweets about me over a false story. And if it were true… it's MY LIFE, NOT YOURS," she continued.

"Funny how picky&choosy some can be with who and how you feel others should live their lives. I believe people should focus on their own lives/families, put energy into bettering the scary world we are currently living in, and try projecting positivity as opposed to nastiness."

As if things weren't strange enough, Khloé and Tristan were back in the news on Thursday. The two, jointly represented by Kardashian attorney Marty Singer, sent a cease-and-desist letter to a woman claiming Tristan is the father of her child. The documents ask that Kimberly Alexander "immediately stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications," according to E! News.

Tristan took a paternity test to determine whether he was the father of Kimberly's child back in January, according to the documents. The test came out negative, and she asked for another. He agreed under the condition that the test was administered by an AABB-accredited lab.

"After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child's father, we thought that would be the end of this," Marty writes in the documents.

"Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab."

Fans have wondered why Khloé is mixed up in this. It's none of her business who Tristan decides to have relations or children with if they aren't together. The E! News article cites them as a former couple, which is interesting to note as it shares the same network KUWTK airs on.

The last part of that section of the letter makes it clear where Khloé becomes involved. It's alleged that Tristan asked for Khloé's help in falsifying the paternity test results. Kimberly believes Khloé helped Tristan pay someone off.

While it doesn't sound like something outside of the realm of possibility in the world of high-powered attorneys and preferred labs, Kimberly's credibility is called into question. Originally represented by Lisa Bloom, Kimberly was let go as a client and told the firm was "unable to resolve your claims." Kimberly claims this is because Lisa is afraid of the Kardashians, as seen in texts to Tristan published on GOSSIPOFTHECITY.

As for the cease-and-desist letter, it goes on to say, "It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame. My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct."

"It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results," Marty continues.

"It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results."

"We demand that you immediately cease and desist from defaming my clients on social media (irrespective of whether or not the accounts are public or designated as 'private') and elsewhere. We also demand that you immediately take down any and all of your outrageous damaging posts about my clients."

"This is an extremely serious matter," the letter concludes. "If you disregard this letter's demands, you do so at your peril since you will soon find yourself in court facing multi-million-dollar claims while attempting to defend your indefensible misconduct."

Kimberly spoke to E! News about the letter. "I feel like the whole issue originally stemmed from Tristan not wanting to choose a neutral setting for the DNA testing and using a Kardashian associated DNA Testing facility," she explained.

"I feel as if you really have nothing to hide then why not just go to a neutral testing site. And we both know what happened and exactly what went on between us, that's all I can say for now."

If Tristan is found to be the father of this child, it would be his third child by a third mother. Tristan is also father to 3-year-old Prince Thomspon, whom he shares with ex Jordan Craig. While Khloé has entertained the idea of having more children with Tristan, she has been clear it would be via insemination and a desire to add to her family if she didn't romantically connect with another person.

It will be interesting to see what happens next in this possible paternity case. In the released texts, Tristan denies any Kardashian involvement with the matter. It's hard to deny that Khloé has had his back through a lot, though what it could all mean to any possible future between the two is anyone's guess.
