There is just something about kids and puppies. I don't know what it is. Maybe because both kids and puppies are small, they gravitate toward each other. Maybe kids just want another rambunctious being to play with them. Whatever the case, whenever I see an adorable kid with a cute puppy, my heart just melts.
The parents who recorded this video knew that their kids had been wanting a puppy for years. They had been asking every couple of months or so, and the little girl in the video was even naming her stuffed animals and making them beds, pretending they were her pets.
Finally, their parents decided to surprise them. The reactions their kids had are so wonderful, you just know they're going to take good care of their newest friend!
