House hunting can sometimes be a daunting and stressful experience, but one broker in the Netherlands invented a creative way to make his listings stand out. In the video, perspective buyers go on an actual ride after a real estate broker, Verder met Wonen, installed a wooden roller coaster throughout the seller's home!
The 90-second clip features people hopping into a wooden carriage, which then whisks them through the property. They climb up stair cases, get whisked through the kitchen, and even go down a small drop on the property's backyard. It even has a sound system built in that broadcasts the home's details to the person every time they enter a new room. How awesome is this?!
This was created as part of a special campaign to find out-of-the-box approaches to selling properties. Whether you're looking for a tiny house or one with a hidden wine cellar, this type of viewing would make for one unforgettable house hunting experience.
