Meimei says, "This doesn't happen all the time, only when the kittens are feeling particularly comfy and playful! We happened to catch this reaction on video the first time." The reaction meaning, this kitten can't get enough tickles and every time Meimei stops and puts her hands up, the kitten follows suit with her tiny little paws.
