They Pointed A Camera To The Sky. What It Captured? I Have CHILLS!

No matter what your religious beliefs, there are some acts of Mother Nature that could make you believe there's an almighty God. And the footage that photographer Dan Douglas captured while on vacation in Maui will make your jaw drop in awe.

During his trip, he decided to visit the world's largest dormant volcano, Haleakala. Arriving before sunrise, he and his friends hiked up to the summit and placed a few cameras out in hopes of capturing what people refer to as "the most beautiful sunrise in the world." Well, he did just that — and more!

As the sun rises, there is a kaleidoscope of shifting colors in the sky. This natural marvel is jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Douglas captured an entire day's worth of footage and created a time-lapse video that will awaken all your senses.

The elegant scenery, combined with the calming music, is enough to take your breath away. You'll shock at how awesome this place is. Enjoy!
