You May Never Eat Meat Again After Hearing This Woman’s Story! WOW!

Everyone wants to live a long and healthy life, but the secrets to aging gracefully may be more than just lifestyle.

In Loma Linda, CA, researchers studied a group of Seventh-day Adventists who rank among America's longevity all-stars, where the average citizen lives 67 years longer than the national average! So what's their secret?

Our pals at BuzzFeed set out to find the answer, interviewing several citizens in the town. Ultimately, it seems their longevity may all rely on their faith! The Adventist Church has always preached and practiced a message of health and forbids smoking and alcohol consumption. Most of these people also stick to a vegetarian diet. By mixing health and religion, Adventists increase their chances for a long life just by associating with people who reinforce their healthy behaviors.

One woman admits her active social life keeps her young at heart, and her happiness comes from being surrounded by seniors with the same values and goals to push each other to be the best they can be.
