If there's a meal that's more exciting and delicious on a daily basis than breakfast, I'm not sure what it is. Whether it's a simple bowl of cereal, or something a bit more elaborate, breakfast always finds a way to be a perfectly yummy way to start off my day.
What's even better is the fact that many of the tastiest breakfast meals are actually pretty easy to make. And nobody on YouTube does easy-to-make meals than the One Pot Chef Show. His recipes are so simple, so delicious, and usually only require a few simple ingredients. That's why we love him!
The One Pot Chef is back with another recipe that will be the perfect start to the day for parents and kids alike: egg volcanoes. While the name of the delectable treat might sound a little frightening, actually making the dish isn't scary at all.
All you need to make your own egg volcanoes are two eggs and a few slices of bread. Separate them out by putting the whites into one large bowl and putting each yolk into its own coffee mug.
Next, stiffly beat the egg whites until you get a firm substance. Put the bowl aside as you cut circles out of two slices of bread. Then take your stiffly beaten egg whites and stack them up into a mound on top of your bread circles.
Create a "crater" on each egg white stack and place the egg yolk inside. Cover with some grated cheese and pop it into the oven to bake until the volcano is firm and bubbling.
Feel free to dip some toast into the egg yolk or just go at the whole delicious volcano with a spoon. Either way, you're going to love it!
