I Thought This House Was Weird, But Once I Saw Inside? This Is Unbelievable…

Looks can be deceiving. Sometimes someone who appears to be intelligent can be a dunce, a subject of a painting can look completely real, and a seemingly white and gold dress is revealed to be black and blue, sparking impassioned internet debates that last for days.

You can't judge a book by its cover, but in the case of this A-line abode you can judge a house by its lover — which is its architect, Leo Qvarsebo, who built it for himself and his family.

At initial glance, this triangular home seems awkward and uncomfortably snug — but as many tiny house fans will quickly point out, size doesn’t matter when you have clever innovations like fold-out walls, secret compartments, and camouflaged furniture hidden inside. This house, though it looks petite, packs a big punch. It isn’t little or uncomfortable, rather it's spacious, airy, and lovely.

In fact, after one step inside, you’ll be completely surprised…

Leo Qvarsebo designed this house in the Swedish countryside, to make the most of its picturesque setting.

This includes a generous porch, which is roomy enough for lounging chairs, has a frame for two swings, and a rope for climbing up the side of the house.

The house is also dotted with tons of windows.

So, once you step inside, the space is airy and bright, due to the light pouring in through the home’s windows.

The walls and ceilings of the interior are lined with birch plywood that was sourced from a nearby closed-down puzzle factory.

The upper levels are more intimate and compact due to the house’s triangular shape.

But stunning views from more colossal windows make these rooms feel extra spacious.

A lot of the furniture is built into the home, like the entertainment storage space located underneath one of the sloping walls.
