This CEO Wanted To Make His Employees Happy — So He Did The Unthinkable. WOW!

Sometimes the bosses of big companies can be really out of touch, in fact most CEOs makes 300 times more than their employees.

Most Americans don't make much money at all. The average salary per person is $26,695 in the United States. But that doesn't mean the average American doesn't work long, hard hours.

For some folks, an extra $100 means being able to make rent or put food on the table for the kids, for other folks it's just a few pennies.

Yet, so often those with the least are still the ones who manage to give the most. It's perplexing.

Take for instance the man who dresses up as Spider-Man at night to feed the homeless or these elderly women who wake up at 4 a.m. to feed 1300 stray dogs every day.

But when I read this story about CEO Dan Price of Gravity Payments I couldn't help but smile.

Debates about raising the minimum wage have swept the nation. What makes one American's work more important than another's? If he or she works the same amount of hours and if he or she is necessary to that job getting done, who can say who deserves more?

Especially when we've all got dreams to fulfill and families to feed! It's a shame that some wealthy bosses are content with making a ton of money without giving their employees enough to scrape by.

However, this CEO took a different approach to solving the minimum wage, and now his employees are speechless.

SHARE if you hope more CEOs do this!
