In case you needed another reason to cheer on our troops, this next video has to be one of the greatest yet!
Here at LittleThings, we love to see soldiers enjoying themselves during their downtime. Whether they're receiving good news from their loved ones back home or just clowning around on the Army base, like these soldiers did in this video, there's nothing greater than seeing our brave soldiers in good spirits.
Lately, we've been seeing a lot more soldiers share their own home videos — and they're not all for laughs. People tend to think there's really only one way to serve your country, but as heartwarming videos like this one prove, entertaining your fellow troops is equally as important. In the following video, we see US. Army soldiers Lane Goff and Lucien Patton perform a song they wrote during their downtime.
There's no denying that these two are extremely talented singers, but when I listened closely to the lyrics of "Proud of Who I Am," I was just blown away. It really makes you wonder why guys like this aren't featured on the radio more often. After being posted by comrade Austin Ferguson on Facebook, the song was shared almost 175,000 times and has become an unofficial theme song for our heroes.
What do you think of their amazing performance? Let us know in the comments.
And please SHARE this video on your Facebook page to support our troops!
Not too bad for just writing it this mornin, good job boys!
