Talk about being in the right place at the right time…
From amazing animal rescues to heroic human rescues like the this baby, who was miraculously discovered by a man who wants to adopt her, we love celebrating good Samaritans here at LittleThings. Unfortunately, sometimes these angels that walk among us will vanish from our lives just as quickly as they show up to save the day.
Matthew Sitko knows exactly how this scenario goes. The 23-year-old was driving in Lewiston, ID when his SUV went off the road, crashing into a chain-link fence before coming to a halt, dangling off a cliff. If it wasn't for that fence, Sitko's SUV likely would have fallen, sending him to a painful death, but the real hero here is a man who saw the car and came to his rescue.
A man smashed the passenger side window and pulled Sitko to safety, saving his life. The two men spoke about God and miracles before he quickly vanished. Luckily someone was able to snap photos of the rescue, which Sitko posted to social media, in search of his mysterious good Samaritan.
He wasn't sure if the man would ever show up, but luckily 29-year-old Jason Warnock finally came forward. What he had to say about the life-changing incident moved me today. I hope you'll feel the same way…
