I Thought He Was Making Regular Cotton Candy — But When I Saw The REAL Result? Amazing!

Few things bring back childhood memories like a delicious stick of cotton candy. The sweet treat wreaked havoc on your teeth (and probably your stomach), but that didn't stop our tiny little hands from grabbing a chunk of it and feeling it melt in our mouths. While our memories of the soft, sugary food likely involve giant pink or blue balls of fluff, they do things a little differently in China. This street vendor in this next video doesn't just make cotton candy; he makes art. When I saw the final product for what he was making, I was left in awe!

When you think of street vendors, you might think of roadside hot dog or sandwich stands. But in many other countries, roadside food sellers take things to the next level. When you get a fresh pineapple in the Philippines or ice cream in Thailand, you're getting more than just food — you're getting a masterpiece.

This Chinese cotton-candy maker left me drooling all over my desk when I saw what the end result of his creation looked like, but there's only one problem: It looks far too pretty to eat! I'd probably spend way too long admiring it (and yes, taking pictures of it) before I actually got around to putting this delicious flower in my mouth. You can bet that if I ever make it to China, this is the first thing I'm eating!
