Some of us can't even touch our toes, and others can do the splits. But a young man named Junior showed us all what true flexibility really looks like when he performed on Britain's Got Talent. This talented guy got into dance when he decided he wanted to turn his troubled life around, but the way he moves is like nothing I've ever seen before.
Just like most of the audience, I watched Junior's performance through tiny gaps in my fingers. I've seen contortionists before, just like this woman who can move her body in ways I'd never thought possible, but Junior takes the art to a whole new extreme. The last time I cringed so hard watching someone twist and turn their body was when this little girl blew away the audience with her crazy movements!
Even though I audibly gasped multiple times during Junior's performance, there's no denying that this guy has talent. Once you get past the shock of what he's doing and watch the video a second and third time, you can really see the passion in his face and movements. This isn't just some flexible man stepping up on stage and tying himself into a knot; this is a truly talented individual expressing himself through the power of dance. He just happens to do it a little differently than most people!
I was a little worried about how the judges would react to Junior's routine since they looked so horrified throughout the whole performance, but when I heard their responses at the end, I smiled from ear to ear. Dance should make you feel something powerful, and Junior's unbelievable routine did just that.
