Cooking Frozen Steak Could Be The Best Method For That Perfect Taste And Juiciness!

As the weather gets warmer, my favorite thing to do for dinner is to throw some meat and veggies on the grill or pan for a quick and easy meal.

When I'm feeling healthy, I'll season up some chicken or fish, but more often than not, I'm craving a much less healthy meal like the meat monstrosity we learned to make in this video. But of all the options out there, what tops my list every single time is a delicious cut of steak. When it's cooked right, like they do in this easy how-to video, you really can't go wrong with this family favorite.

However, since I spend my days in the office and commute more than two hours a day, there's one thing that can really set me back when I'm cooking a steak. I like to buy my meats in bulk and then freeze them right away, so if I forget to pull one out to defrost, I'm stuck without dinner. Luckily, we learn in this next video that theres an easy way to cook red meat where you don't need to let them thaw out. Apparently browning a frozen steak right in the pan locks in all the moisture, leaving you with a more tender slice of meat.

I haven't tried this method yet, but it looks delicious! I can't wait do my own taste test ASAP!
