Beautiful inside and out, Jillian was born with muscular dystrophy, yet she has chosen to have a positive attitude her entire life and knows that just because her body is different, it doesn't mean she can't express herself through her creative style. Jillian is a beautiful inspiration to know who you are, be comfortable in your own skin and remember it's what's underneath that truly matters.
