Scott Disick isn't shying away from an uncomfortable question. Scott appeared on the reunion special that followed the series finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Host Andy Cohen is known for asking questions that cut right to it, and this special was no exception. Andy got some interesting insights out of Scott and asked him one very direct question.
Andy asked Scott about his pattern of dating much younger women. The 38-year-old is currently dating 20-year-old model Amelia Gray Hamlin, months after his relationship with 22-year-old Sofia Richie ended. Scott insisted that there is something about him that attracts these younger women.
Scott Disick joined the Kardashians for part two of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion special. During the special, host Andy Cohen asked Scott a pretty blunt question that's been on the minds of many:
"Scott, what's up with dating much younger women?"
"Everybody gets this wrong," said Scott, who is 18 years older than his current partner, Amelia Gray Hamlin.
"That I look for young girls. I don't go out looking for young girls. They happen to be attracted to me because I look young, that's what I'm telling myself."
Now, Amelia isn't entirely outside of the Kardashian universe as it is. She is the daughter of Lisa Rinna, a close friend of Kris Jenner. That doesn't change the fact that the age difference does disturb many, as it did when Scott previously dated Sofia Richie, who is only two years older than Amelia.
Scott also spoke about how he has realized he does want a monogamous relationship after struggling in his relationships due to his addictions.
"Is a monogamous relationship what you aspire to?" Andy asked.
"Yeah, now. Then I was somewhat young and I didn't really know the difference," he acknowledged as Kris reminded viewers Scott was just 23 when the show started filming.
Scott was also asked how he feels about Kourtney's current relationship with boyfriend Travis Barker.
"I think if you really love somebody, right, you want them to be happy no matter what," he said.
"So I do give her a blessing to be happy."
As for Scott and Amelia, sources say the age difference is insignificant to them both. "He's been telling friends how much she means to him and how into her he is," a source told People.
"She grew up in the industry and knows how all this works. It's a different type of maturity, and they really don't feel the age difference."
